This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like free wifi, 24-hour security, and laundry services. The staff recommended excellent food options during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable business trip.

Got the same king room booked online with the tub and a coffee pot, as example. The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly, helped with every request. Location: the hotel was just next door to eateries and restaurants and the store.

Favourable and unbeatable position very close to everything. Again, walking distance to an outdoor mini - golf course.

The parking situation could use improvement, as finding a spot was frustrating one evening!!! The wi-fi was unreliable and kicked me off constantly during peak hours!!! The pool's condition was completely unsatisfactory, and the entire area felt neglected!!!

I spent a night at the Plaza Inn and overall it was a mixed bag. Checking in was fairly smooth, but the staff didn't seem cute. The room had a decent layout, but the mattress felt quite firm was great. The fridge worked well for keeping my drinks cold, which I appreciated. I noticed the bathroom had a bit of a moldy smell that wasn't pleasant. The shower had some signs of wear, and the tub could use better maintenance. I also had issues with the wi-fi. It kept disconnecting every few minutes, quite frustrating. The location is convenient, close to gas stations and stores.

It was just a good pick for a brief visit in Springfield with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff is very kind and helpful, and I had a good interaction with the professional lady in the office. A tip for others, make sure to communicate clearly if you have any special requirements during your stay.

The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The location was quiet, easy to unwind after a long day. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast offered .

My young child loved every moment exploring the aquarium! The room was clean and comfy, with everything we needed after our fun outings.

My kids wished there was a better breakfast for families.
